We specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism or Tourette’s, as well as youth, women, and anyone seeking tools to manage ADHD, stress, anxiety or depression.
Each Punch Therapy session provides a safe, supportive space to practice emotional regulation, build resilience, and gain confidence to navigate challenges beyond training.
