Feel Empowered
Womens Punch Therapy
Held every Sunday from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at 10th Planet Oceanside, this women’s only Muay Thai/kickboxing class is all about empowerment and mental health for ladies.
Open to Ages 12+, we gather in a circle and share what’s on our hearts and minds, witnessing the strengths and challenges of being a woman in our supportive group. Then, together we sweat it out, to let the emotions go and build strength and confidence!
